This limited-edition premium Delta SkyMiles metal card was created from Delta Ship #6307 and was the first-ever credit card design crafted from a Boeing 747. Using specially generated laser engraving programming, the map of China is highlighted at the flip of the card. Other important features in the map are created and displayed in 14 KT gold. Additionally, a key element of the card presented in gold is the sun coming around the side of the planet Earth, truly creating a card that can be considered a work of art. The Capital One Venture card is a groundbreaking innovation that is comprised of a 16 gram polymer and metal composite. The passport stamp has a unique tactile effect created by debossing the front polymer layer. Increased durability of the hot-stamped Venture word-mark is achieved by hot-stamping in individual pockets below the outer card surface, a process which is three times more durable than conventional hot stamping. The Citibank Ultima credit card constructed utilizing a metal front sheet and plastic composite back sheet with proprietary adhesives. The patented metal hybrid construction (Patent #: 8,672,232) allows for standard PVC hot stamping to occur on the back of the card. The front of the card features custom matched red epoxy, engraved tactile elements an oleophobic fingerprint resistant clear-coat. In the development of this card construct, CompoSecure overcame challenges with the embedment of the EMV chip module due to the two dissimilar materials. This card has been introduced in the Asia Pacific region in more than four countries to wide acclaim. This card was developed with our laser personalization partners Goldpac and Gemalto.

The Marriott Rewards card is constructed of a proprietary combination of plastic and metal materials, that is more than two times heavier than a standard plastic card. The laser receptive PVC core stock, allows for laser engraved personalization that exceeds the durability of standard embossing and tipping. The silver hot-stamped Marriott Rewards brand mark completes the look of this amazing card. When originally developed, the process of embedding EMV chip technology was a major breakthrough due to the challenges of milling through a center metal core.
